“Be Present - Cherish your Gift” is a Metal Health and Wellbeing Carnival aims to raise the awareness of mental stress among youths, and to encourage them to face pressure in a positive way.
The word “Present” is used in a dual sense, meaning both a gift and the current moment, in order to remind them living in the present is the best gift of all, which is also one of the way to face the stress positively.
